BNP Infiltration: Court finds in favour of union.

On 27th February 2007 the European Court of Human Rights found in favour of ASLEF (download)in a case that will have profound and positive implications for trade unions.
The Court agreed that a union should be free to determine its own Rules in line with Article 11 of the European Convention on Human Rights and ILO Convention 87 on Freedom of Association. This case has profound and positive implications for all unions.
