IER President Professor Keith Ewing analyses human rights implications of Lobbying Bill
12 September 2013
President of the Institute of Employment Rights and Professor of Public Law at Kings College London Professor Keith Ewing has authored a new briefing on the human rights implications of the Lobbying Bill.
The unpopular Transparency of Lobbying, Non-party Campaigning and Trade Union Administration Bill has been criticised from a huge number of angles both in parliament and in the media.
In the new briefing, launched today (12 September 2013), we present a unique approach to the Bill through the lens of international human rights law, which demonstrates yet another reason why this flawed legislation should be scrapped.
