IER's response to the Ministry of Justice Consultation Document on Charging Fees in Employment Tribunals
In December 2011 the Ministry of Justice circulated a consultation document called Charging Fees for Employment Tribunals and Employment Appeal Tribunals.
The likely implications of the proposals have been described as bringing little benefit to employers or to the tribunal system while having a disproportionate and chilling effect on employees.
The IER responded to the MoJ Consultation with the kind assistance of our network of experienced experts.
