A comparative review by Australian academic Anthony Forsyth, analysing UK austerity-based labour law reforms for an Australian audience and recommending a different approach for the country.

In a paper designed for presentation at a labour law conference in Sydney, the Programme Director at the Graduate School of Business & Law at Australian university RMIT warns of the destructive influence the Coalition Government's policy has been on British workers.
