Preethi Sundaram
Preethi Sundaram is Policy and Campaigns Manager at the Fawcett Society. She is responsible for Fawcett's policy and campaigns work relating to women and power, including women's representation in politics and public life and women's workplace rights. Before joining Fawcett, Preethi was Senior Policy and Campaigns Officer at Skill (now Disability Rights UK) and worked in policy at the National Society for Prevention of Cruelty Against Children (NSPCC).

Narmada Thiranagama currently works for UNISON in its policy unit. Prior to this she used to lead on the union’s work on race equality. UNISON is the UK's largest public service trade union with 1.3 million members. UNISON’s members are people working in the public services, for private contractors providing public services and in the essential utilities. They include frontline staff and managers working full or part time in local authorities, the NHS, the police service, colleges and schools, the electricity, gas and water industries, transport and the voluntary sector. Prior to working for UNISON, Narmada used to be the TUC’s national policy officer for women.

Enrico Tortolano is a Research and Policy Officer at the union PCS. He formerly worked in Latin America, on human rights and economic issues with trade unions and social movements. He is regularly published in Tribune, mostly reporting on the political economy of Europe and Latin America.
